Eligibility for a Refund

Timeframe: You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your product.
Condition: The product must be in its original, unused (or minimally used) condition and returned with all original packaging and components.
Note: If the product shows signs of significant use or has been entirely consumed, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.
Proof of Purchase & Condition: Please include your order number and any supporting documentation (such as photographs) that clearly shows the product’s condition and packaging. This helps us verify that the product has not been fully utilized.

Refund Issuance:

Exclusions & Limitations

Excessive Use: Refunds will not be issued if the product has been substantially used or consumed. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product and deny refunds if it is not in a suitable condition for resale.
